I’m vegan.

This journey began because I was battling health issues.  It continued because I was able to get my health under control and began noticing “normal” felt amazing.

I eat lots of fresh food (mostly salads), I can bake and as far as hot dishes I’m an InstantPot lover.  

To me it is all about the spices and flavors you experience in a dish.  

I’ve found it pretty simple and amazing to feel full (not heavy) without any animal products.  

If that’s too much for you and you really cannot see yourself NOT eating meat, why not try a day or two in a week.  It normally takes 21 days to break or make a habit.  That’s a big challenge for most people (me included).  

I discovered I slept sounder, my skin is softer, my energy is higher… I just feel “lighter”.
