What is Oxygenetix?
A skin care line that my skin care specialist recommended to me in 2019 and I’ve stuck with them ever since.
BATTLE – GAME ON WITH JUDY THE GATEKEEPER FROM H.E.DOUBLE TOOTHPICKS
I am filing a complaint as high as I can about Oxygenetix: A California-based company. Ordered on 12/22/22 and have not gotten the products.
Yesterday their gatekeeper of a “customer service” person refused to refund my money (just under $200).
The company has 13 people working there but only this ONE woman handles all of their communication on every topic.
This one person has made it impossible to have a good experience over the past 4 years of using their products. They have had shipping errors with me in the past. I have had to deal with “Judy Duarte” (if that is even their name).
Complaining to their offices directly is useless: it all goes to this one lady who is intentionally sabotaging their client experiences.
Now I’m on with my credit card to dispute the sale. This woman won’t behave like a decent human being and handle this reasonably. I tried plenty of times to get her to come to her senses with professional correspondence. It falls on deaf (and mean) ears.
Who knows if this post does anything…chances are it’s handled by this same lady who will bury it and none of the people above her will ever know what a terrible experience she has given me (and I feel confident I’m not the only one).

I love their products! The skin moisturizer is the best I’ve ever had on my skin. I live in a very dry part of the country (USA) and it really feels like it works.
The Foundation is exactly my skin tone. It covers so nicely.
I have been a customer (happy with their products only, not their ordering experience) for 4 years.

Today’s Thought 10/9/22
I’m sitting today where I “thought” I would be.
I’m so freaking excited about my life, the people I rub elbows with, the new people I meet are exciting!
Hindsight is rewritten for me and it is awesome because I say it is awesome.
What is challenging or disappointing is just a freaking lesson for me because I’m a solid, ethical, hard working, most excited licensed Medicare broker enjoying and LIVING the dream I decided! ❤️
Being surrounded by legends and leaders with high standards and big dreams is exactly where i should be.
The list is so long of the people who encourage and inspire not just with hollow words, but with actions. Hollow words are lit up with flares and i just let them go out into the universe. I love the fact that i am so aware of other people’s intentions.

I deeply enjoy the success of the good people around me and i love doing what i can to support them all. Actual actions, not words. You know who you are. I’m here for you. I’m quiet, but I’m here.
My body is strong and healthy. I embrace an ache or pain, a wrinkle, blemish, crows feet as another texture of a fulfilling life that i decided. I love being older. I love what i see and feel every day.
I just love and feel the sizzle or effervescence of putting that out there into the world and it feels so so good.

When we first arrived to Monument Colorado we had the hair-brained idea that there might just be people that would love to exercise as much as the men and women we knew in California. We were absolutely wrong.
But that was 2019.
I have yet to find a fitness program like 805 Boot Camp since leaving and closing it down. I really didn’t realize what we had created and the value it gave to both our community PLUS our own health.
Now I sit here with 10# I cannot shake, nutritional habits I’d be embarrassed to share and of COURSE a memory pops up about 805 Boot Camp. Of course.
I wrote our newsletter called, The Challenge. There are plenty of grammatical errors, typos and places where my sentence doesn’t finish…I relied on my peeps to review before I’d publish. Sometimes things were missed. Oh well.
