The BEST Avocado Salad Ever

Over a decade ago, I created a vibrant vegan salad that quickly became a go-to favorite—and it doubles as a dip! I *know* I wrote it down, but today, as I was prepping to bring it to a party, I searched high and low and came up empty. It’s probably tucked away in a binder…in a box…from one of our *twelve* moves. So, from memory (and now finally documented!), here it is.

If you’re headed to a gathering or just want something fresh and flavorful to keep in the fridge, this is *the* salad. It makes about 12 servings and should last two, maybe three days—though let’s be honest, it rarely sticks around that long.
